The creation and effective functioning of a GRC ensure thatgrievances are handled fairly, transparently, and in a manner that

By effectively addressing these concerns, the GRC plays a crucial role in ensuring that the institution operates smoothly and that
the rights and needs of its members are respected.
Functions of the Grievance Redressal Cell
The Grievance Redressal Cell operates through several key functions:
1. Complaint Management: The cell provides multiple avenues for individuals to lodge complaints including, emails,
physical submission box, and direct contact with designated officials. Ensuring accessibility and confidentiality is
fundamental to allowing all members of the institution to voice their concerns.
2. Investigation and Resolution: Once a grievance is received, the cell undertakes a thorough investigation to understand the issue in depth.
This process involves gathering information, interviewing involved parties, and reviewing relevant documentation.
The goal is to arrive at a fair and informed resolution. If the grievance is related to infrastructure necessary
action is initiated with the college administration.
